Breakfast Bowl

Crafted from a beautiful beige stoneware clay mixed with fine grog for added stability during creation and long-lasting durability after firing. The piece is thrown thinly on the potter's wheel and trimmed on the kick wheel, giving it a rustic, textured finish. After bisque firing at 950°C, it is uniquely glazed using various brush techniques. Finally, the piece is fired at 1250°C, revealing the stunning brown speckles from the pyrite in the clay.

Hand painted with a combination of matte, satin-matte, and glossy glazes in earthy tones of green and rusty brown, and accented with vibrant blue on the rim. Featuring a matte pearl-white glaze painted with a swirling design that evokes a sense of fluidity and flow. There are sections of unglazed surfaces embellished with floral motifs and dots to complete the design, inviting you to explore the intricate details and textures.
